Overview

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed. We understand this may feel strict, so please read the product descriptions and demo sites carefully before purchasing.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The product does not work as described — if there is a material discrepancy between the advertised features and what is delivered, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical failure during purchase — if payment was taken but no download link was delivered, and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Professional installation failure — if you purchased our installation service and we are unable to successfully install the product on your server within a reasonable timeframe.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after the download link has been accessed
  • Incompatibility with a specific server environment not listed in the product requirements
  • Issues caused by modifications you have made to the code
  • Failure to read the product description or demo before purchasing

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please create a support ticket within 14 days of your purchase, with your order details and a description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
